The Kinesiology major prepares students for careers in exercise, fitness, sport, and physical education as well as relevant graduate degree programs. The concentration in Physical Activity and Wellness is designed for those interested in practicing and promoting general health and wellness as it relates to physical activity and exercise. The concentration in Physical Education is designed for those interested in teaching physical education. The concentration in Sport Performance is designed for those interested in improving athletic and sport performance of physically active individuals and groups.
