The RN to BSN program has two pathway options designed to complete a degree in 12-16 months, depending on transferable units. The RN-BSN Bridge pathway is for California licensed Registered Nurses and the RN-BSN Accelerated pathway is for eligible students currently enrolled in a regionally-accredited Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) program. The fully online program increases students' professional knowledge, enhances leadership and sharpens critical thinking skills. The degree completion program is an important step toward reaching your professional goals, whether you plan to continue practicing at the bedside, transition to a new specialization or pursue graduate studies. Consistent with CBU's faith-based mission, the nursing curriculum emphasizes a holistic perspective utilizing the Humanbecoming Paradigm as a nursing theory for professional practice.
